Наличие в окрестности домашних животных для изучения малышом различных звуков - му-му, хрю-крю и ко-ко-ко)))

Однозначно отель не подходит для тех туристов, кому нужно общество, туса и развлечения, не подходит и для тех туристов, кто впервые посещает Тайланд - Лаян вилла находится очень далеко от цивилизации, без арендованной машины или мотобайка будет очень грустно... Отель соответсвует своим четырем звездам, не претендует на большее, а возможно и имеет тенденцию к снижению рейтинга, а именно: не первой свежести ремонт, старенькая кухня с битой посудой, из заявленной "полнсотью оборудованной кухни" в наличии имелась только сковородка без крышки ))), так что очень многое пришлось покупать самим, нет старальной машины, улыбчивые,но забывчивые и расслабленные горничные...
Но всё это лирика, по сравнению с шикарным морем поблизости. Ближайший пляж - Лаян (безлюдный, красивый, шезлон 100бат), на него есть трансфер от отеля, но при наличии авто очень рекомендую проехать пять минут налево от Лаяна - там есть несколько маленьких уютных пляжей, типа Томато бич, кафе Рэгги и т.д, где стоимость шезлонг уже будет 50бат или 0бат (что немаловажно при ежедневном отдыхе большой семьей). Помимо собственно стоимости, там есть ещё плюсы, которые невозможно описать, а просто нужно ощутить, погрузившись в релакс...
Взяв машину напрокат и вооружившись картой острова можно обследовать весь остров, все его пляжи, начиная с самых южных, посетив самостоятельно все достропримечательности, и при этом иметь точку приписки - Лаян вилла. Как вариант.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Рекомендую посетить Афродит-шоу, очень советую Палаццо-шоу, Коралловый остров, а так же для родителей с детками - Дино парк. Ну и в обязательном порядке - проведите ночь на Бангла-роуд (деток при этом оставьте дома

Very large rooms on a private location

The best about Layan Villa is the remoteness of its location. Some people may argue it is not accessible, however for us, it was a great short getaway. The room is very big and spacious, plus they have their own kitchen and private pool. The staff is very friendly and able to help you to go around Layan beach. They will give you a mobile phone, should you need anything.

The villa composes of a living area and a master bedroom, separated by an outdoor pool. That is, they are not connected and you would have to go outside in order to move from the living area to the bedroom. The size of the pool is not too small and you can swim for 3-4 strokes slowly. However, the features and details of the villa are not high-end luxury standard. It is quite remote but you can rent a scooter at the resort.

The surroundings and reception may put you off at first but the layan villas are spectacular. Huge amounts of space with the villa split into two parts one with huge kitchen, lounge area great bathroom and shower and the other features two large bedrooms one with a huge bathroom with spa and an amazing partially outdoor shower (amazing to shower in). The two areas are separated by a beautiful plunge pool and the whole villa is surrounded by bamboo providing privacy and a sense of seclusion. The only disadvantage is the distance from amenities.
There is a beautiful restaurant behind the villas and they also provide room service. We ate here nearly the entire 4 days happily.
We were given a mobile phone and someone can help you with any enquiries and services. As it is a little far from the beach we requested a motorbike and it was delivered 15 minutes later. The beach is only a 5 minute ride away and is quiet and beautiful. Not many tourists on the beach and lots of Thai locals swimming.
The most beautiful accommodation we have stayed in and perfect for seclusion and a quiet getaway but if you want amenities or any atmosphere like patong this is not for you.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Hard for taxi drivers to locate and better if you arrange at or motorbike hire to get around and to the beach

Spacious villa in a very relaxing environment

The villa was very spacious, clean, well equipped. The staff is very friendly and available to help (we were given a mobile phone to call the staff for any question. Really quiet during the night and safe place. Great location 10 min from the beautiful Layan beach
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
You will need to rent a car or a motorbike as the villa is a bit remote

Amazing spacious villas close to the Layan Beach
The villas are simly amazing, as is the very individual service. Close by is a very beautiful and good restaurant

Since the whole complex has only 5 villas, the service is very personal and excellent. Every single wish was tried to be fullfilled immediately.
The villas are really as seen in the pictures, very spacious and with an amazing pool. The only backside would be that there is not too much catlery, but since there is a beautiful and excellent restaurant close by there is no urgent need for catlery.

Great, with a few minor issues

While it lacks the 5-star service of the bigger resorts with pool villas, this place is quiet, has lovely gardens, and the villas themselves are very spacious. There were some good touches like an in-house mobile phone for local calls and 24 reception access, and of course a private dipping pool is always a nice luxury to escape the heat. The kitchen was a little tired and lacked some equipment, but generally it was great for a week's stay and with 3 bedrooms it would suit a group too.

what do you expect to live in a villa for vacation here. though the location of this area is hard for taxi drivers to find, and the hotel only has 5 villa in all, the quality of enjoyment is ok. i recommend this hotel to ppl who come to phuket for the 2-3 or more times with family or close friends, rent a car and drive to your favorite beach. drive back and rest in the swimming pool here in you villa, and bbq in your 2nd floor balcony.
