We`re very happy to find this hotel. We booked only 2 days but stayed 7. There`s everything we need for comfortable accommodation:
- new clean room with comfortable bad (I did`n expect to find the hair dryer, but it was there. As for neсessary things there was not only toothpaste and toothbrush.)
- no any small in the room
- good location. 2 min to the beach, 1 min to the 7/11 and family mart, 15 min to noisy bangla.
- good massage salon in hotel.
- fast internet.
- helpful owners and staff
If you are one of those who like active rest, and don't stay in the hotel lying and swimming in the pool, this hotel is for you.

Маленький уютный отель подойдёт для прибывания 4-5дней находится рядом с морем, бесплатный сок на ресепшени.Комнаты на двоих тика в тику.Так всё заявленое пресутствует персонал приветливый.
Nightlife Tip:
Находится в 15 минут ходьбы от Бангла роут.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is good size and very clean and comfortable.
The free computer downstair is a bonus.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at the Yaya Residence and totally recommended.

Is was far away from town. This is a good thing and a bad thing.. Is is expensive to get into town. But you don't have all the noise from the parties.

Amazingly clean room and friendly staff

I selected this hotel on the basis of agoda reviews. The hotel was clean and very near to the beach. There was a mosque Noor-ul-Huda adjacent to the hotel. Lovely mosque is a great convenience for the Muslim travellers. Hotel is highly recommended.

We have been in patong many times so we can really recommend this hotel. Location is great, near the beach and close to the nightlife.Staff is excellent, the rooms are clean.

Perfect location a few minutes walk to the beach. Everything is very good, the clean rooms, the service, free internet - WiFi and the nice staff.
I can really recommend this hotel.

we really enjoyed our stay. the location is only about a five minute walk to the beach. the staff are very friendly. when i had an ear infection, yaya, the owner drove us to phuket town to see a doctor. our room was small but comforable and clean.
